“ Had a late lunch at Diablo's. I liked the simple, uncomplicated menu. I ordered the 3 tacos (I chose soft) 2 beef, 1 chicken. Selected some standard toppings, beans, lettuce, pico, cheese, and ranch dressing. My lunch partner selected a brisket burrito, well stuffed with assorted fillings, in a spinach wrap. The tacos and burrito were delicious and they have a mild fire roasted salsa that goes great with the warm chips provided with each meal. We will definitely return to sample other menu items. ”
